BEAUSiTE Zermatt

What an amazing stay! From pickup to drop off, everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The layout of the hotel makes everything so easy. Ground floor is the fun zone with ski lockers, spa gym, sauna, pool and hot tubs! The outdoor pool is stunning with unobstructed views of the Matterhorn. The lobby is beautiful offering multiple restaurant options to fully immerse in Swiss culture! Be sure to ask about the super cozy Fondue Hut! If you like breakfast then this is your spot! Smoked Salmon, omelettes, cheeses, pastries and meats! My room was perfect with a nice balcony and amazing views of the Horn! Unquestionably a great value for what you get with Beausite! I will let the pictures tell the story.

Excellent hotel! I should give the location 6 stars instead of five! It’s located about a 10 minute walk from the train station (though they will give you a ride to and from the station), five minutes to the Sunnegga lift and a block from Harry’s bar. The hotel has a nice view of the Matterhorn and a great pool and hot tub area, also with great Matterhorn views. Friendly and helpful staff. We ate at the Grill Restaurant and the fondue hut at the hotel once each. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is our 10th year staying at the BEAUSITE. We used to bring our entire family, and now our children are grown and it is now just my husband and I. We have watched the hotel go through so many changes throughout the years. We LOVE the outdoor pool and the director, Roman, is wonderful and always greets us with a smile. The Bar manager Pavel - AMAZING!!!!!! Anja, the concierge, went above and beyond to insure we had all of our requested reservations upon arrival. Georges was our waiter many mornings at breakfast, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The chef at breakfast (I can't remember his name), has been there for years, and he always makes our eggs exactly how we like them. Alex - our evening entertainer - learns the songs we like and sings them with a smile!!!! Housekeeping - OUTSTANDING - our room was always fully stocked and very clean. I truly cannot say anything negative about- only positive, about the BEAUSITE. ALWAYS a GREAT time!!!! Thank you, once again!!!!
