What an experience! Sleeping in a medieval watchtower felt like a kind of honor. We had a wonderful week and a half. Pros: it is cool inside in the summer, even at the very top on the mezzanine (the 'third bedroom') it is perfectly fine. The location is superb. Quiet, peaceful street. Cactus supermarket and bus station around the corner. Cons: you are woken up at 7 am by the bells of the basilica. The beds are a bit rickety. There is only 1 toilet, in the bathroom. But despite that, we really had a top-notch stay. The people at the tourist office are also nice.

Nice stay, unique. Not really suitable for small children. Lots of stairs, with a separate section of your room on every floor. It is quite noisy, though.

A unique holiday experience. An old watchtower renovated into a cottage. The city walls are your terrace on both sides. Very cozy.
