We had an overnight stay here. Hospitality was 5star. My dad's 75th birthday. They put banners up, confetti on the table, a free birthday dessert. But besides all of that the food was fabulous, a friendly, relaxed and comfortable accommodation. Right on the seafront. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much for going that extra mile x

A wonderful relaxing environment in a superb location. We stayed in the 'Princess' room which was very comfortable and a lovely link to Queen Victoria. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless and then we come to the food, oh my a strict diet on returning home is called for, it was excellent and made even more so by the absolutely fabulous Gabriella Queen of the dining room. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her attention to detail was great, in fact all the staff were fantastic. Can't wait to return, as it seems so many others do regularly and now we know why.
