Casa vacanze La Mia Casetta Sutri -Centro Storico

We stayed one night in La Mia Casetta in Sutri while walking the Via Francigena. It was one of the most comfortable apartments that we stayed in during our three week walking journey. The hostess, Antonella, was very communicative and made the check-in process simple, in advance of our arrival. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the location was great for exploring the old part of town. The washing machine was a nice bonus and detergent was provided too. If life ever brings me back to Sutri, I would gladly stay at La Mia Casetta again.

This little house in Sutri, right in the heart of the old town, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing holidays I've had in years. The house is small, yes, but it's cared for with such love and attention to detail that you can feel in every corner. As soon as you enter, you feel like you're at home: the bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower has perfect pressure (a rarity in vacation rentals!), and the Wi-Fi connection is always super stable. But the real magic is the location: it overlooks stone alleys, in the morning you can walk in two minutes to the main square with everything you need, and in the evening you might even go down to the washhouses with a breathtaking view. Sutri is a special town, quiet but vibrant, and this little house seems tailor-made to fully experience it: you immerse yourself completely in the slow pace of the village without sacrificing anything essential. We had such a great time that on the last day, we were genuinely sad to pack our bags. We left a little piece of our heart within those walls and hope to return soon... maybe for a month next time! The house is small, but meticulously maintained: nothing is missing! It's located in the extremely quiet historic center of Sutri. Parking is not a problem: there's a large, open square just a few dozen meters away. The owner's kindness and hospitality are extraordinary. Highly recommended.
