Chalet du Lys Hotel & Spa

Wow, simply amazing! I stayed here twice (2022 and 2023) with our family of 5. The staff are the kindest, loveliest people, all aiming to make your holiday the best it can be. The receptionists were very accomodating and helped us with any questions. They also have us suggestions on where we could go to get the most out of our holiday. It was extremely clean and felt very calm. The outdoor pool there is very warm and the view is the best- you just can't beat it! The spa is amazing with a salt room, ice showers, a large sauna, a large hot tub and overall an experience that you can't forget! It felt magical and was truly incredible. The food there was amazing with the breakfasts having a large variety of foods and drinks and the dinners being flavourful with amazing quality. You will never get bored here with the dinners being a relaxing place with live piano playing in the background. While it is on the pricier side, it is worth it! It's an amazing place and my favourite hotel I've ever stayed at. I would recommend to everyone, specifically families and large groups of friends. Overall it's an experience that you won't forget and has everything you could ask for!

Third year here. The place is now better then ever. Beautiful winter scenery all around and the huge spa is a must for apreski pampering. We got half board and probably tasted everything local cuisine has to offer. Ski lifts are walk distance. In the evening there is good music and a massive wine list to choose from in the pub.

The location of this hotel is great for skiing. That’s the strong point. The restaurant is average at best, service can be a real problem, waited over 50 mins for a starter one evening then it arrived cold. Requesting coffee at breakfast 3 times before it arrived. Painful. The spa is nice but no towels or slippers provided. Overall it’s a strange hotel, everything seems to be paired back to save costs not considering customer experience.
