It's good place for one-two nights stay. Everything you need is there. Location is perfect, walking distance to any part of old town.

Excellent accommodation if a bit difficult to find. The sign on the door is quite small. Our hostess met us at the door and made us feel completely at home. The unit was well lighted, spotlessly clean and an adequately stocked kitchen. We were traveling with bikes and were provided a safe and secure place to store our bikes. The location was near a grocery store so we ate in the unit. A very good experience.

I cannot put into words how awful this was. In the morning of our arrival, we received a simple message asking to call 5 minutes before we get there and indicating a different street location for the parking spot. No please, no hi. I was pissed to randomly learn that there was no parking on the spot, despite the host claimed differently on Booking: travelling with a cat and a one-year old baby this is something we do not overlook, and we even repeated it in the message attached to the reservation. We called him when the GPS said we were 5 minutes away, as instructed, and asked if we could unload the car in front of the place; in an annoyed voice, still without greeting us, the owner said that the B&B is in a ZTL (an area restricted to car traffic, so guests cannot even reach the hotel B&B with the car). Of course there was no mention of this on Booking either, and we had to settle for the advised (paying) parking, an 8-minute walk to the hotel. How joyful to walk in the heat with a baby, a stroller, a cat and his litter box, and all the suitcases that come with them. All in all, this is already borderline malicious commercial practice. Once we got there we saw 4 missed call from the owner. When I called back I was repeatedly insulted because I was "late" as he claimed his wife had been waiting for us for 25 minutes. I tried to argue that we were late only because his information was faulty but I was overwhelmed by his screams. I hung up. After his wife kindly helped us check in, he called back only to insult me again. I reported him to Booking. Never ever in my whole life I would have dreamed to receive such a disgusting, shameful treatment. By far, the worst B&B I have ever experienced. If at this point you still need a review of the place: below average, dirty, old furniture, no window blinds, lots of ants. Please stay away from this place.
