Dorna Iglu

We stayed here for two nights, we didn't expect it, but the accommodation conditions were excellent: the warmth from a pellet fireplace, functional AC, the hosts were very welcoming, they did their best to make us feel at home. And the privacy and tranquility of the area... are worth it! We promised them that we would come back, next time in a group, after they set up the next 5 igloos (there will be 6 in total, plus a gazebo with a barbecue, a relaxation area and more).

When you book such a location you expect low comfort and a lack of food options. We were very pleasantly surprised to find out that the igloo is equipped with a pellet fireplace with a thermostat that kept the room warm even during the night even though it was minus 8 degrees outside. Hot water, shower, kitchenette and other amenities that you expect to find at a 4-5 star hotel. The bonus is the authentic 10-star view of Bucovina. The hosts make 110% effort to make you feel like you are truly on vacation. There are 2 restaurants in the area with incredibly good traditional food. Catering service is also available at the location. One igloo also has a double bunk bed and offers a capacity of 4 people (probably an asset for families with children). We will definitely come back and stay more than one weekend because they lured us with interesting activities and we would also like to explore the trails in the area
