Chesterfield Hotel

Our stay was exactly as described in the offer, and we have no complaints. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was tasty and filling, and the afternoon waffles were also a very nice touch. A major advantage of the hotel is its excellent location — about 5 minutes from the railway station, 5 minutes from the main bus stops, and around 10 minutes’ walk from the very center of Trondheim. Thank you for a pleasant stay. We would gladly recommend this hotel.

Great value for money! Clean rooms, very friendly staff, and great central location. Rooms are okay, just not new and fancy, but nothing to complain about. Mattresses are soft and good. Good breakfast, especially for that price. Free waffles every afternoon. Definitely recommend and I’ll come back!

The Chesterfield furniture were in the reception area, where one could make waffles and have coffee for free every afternoon. The rooms are far from the small fancy-pancy rooms you find at modern chain hotels. The carpets and most everything else spoke of the 1960s. But the location is perfect and their breakfast was far above my expectations. Plus also to their friendly staff. That their prices are in the lower bracket is understandable, but that's fair and smart when you take Norway’s price level into consideration!
