We stayed for one night at the campground with a power wheelchair and one child. We had a wonderful time. The location is beautiful. We stayed in the adapted cabin, which is very well thought out, although it cannot accommodate anything wider than a standard power wheelchair (700 mm, 27.5 in.). The evening was a bit cold, even with the heat turned all the way up, but other than that, the place was impeccable, the people were friendly, the food was good, and the views were spectacular. The terrain could be somewhat difficult for some wheelchairs, especially manual wheelchairs, since the path is a mixture of dirt and gravel. However, my power wheelchair, which get stuck in full gravel, did not get stuck once. If you are traveling in a wheelchair, be aware that there is no sidewalk on the street and that cars sometimes come down the street too quickly and there is no way to get off the street. This is not an issue in the campground itself, but if you are trekking in from the nearest town, it can be a bit dangerous. Make sure you go during the daytime, as the nighttime is completely dark and drivers will not see you. Despite these caveats, I highly recommend visiting this site if you are a wheelchair user and enjoy nature.

We spent a night here on our way to France. I found €68 for 2 adults, a 3-year old and a truck to be the most expensive camping experience we’ve ever had in Europe. The pitch was gravel which was ok, but also not our favourite. We were very close to reception where they have some kind of animal cage and the roosters and peacocks started their noises at 4-5am which woke us all up. I didn’t feel that the showers were very clean. It was dark in there and most cubicle floors were full of hair. The flies at this campsite, especially at the pool, were absolutely unbearable. The pool was great though. We spent all afternoon there, but they could use a few more pool beds. The on-site shop has all the basics, but not a lot of produce. In the morning there’s fresh bread, and the shopkeeper is very friendly and lovely. The children’s play area was also good and my daughter enjoyed it a lot. The location of the campsite is also very good. We walked into the town in 15 minutes and had tapas at a bar there. The nights are quiet and cool.

We were a little disappointed in the end with this campsite. I believe the online marketing to be very effective& the reality unfortunately doesn’t quite live up to it. It’s very pretty, but much too packed. This could be due to a large camp of teenagers happening in the campground opposite, who were allowed to use this campsite’s facilities. Which meant the swimming pool, restaurant, shop, basketball court were all a bit overloaded (also with not the most considerate demographic). There’s a daily craft club for kids, which my daughter enjoyed. I didn’t see any activities on offer for babies, though they advertise sit as such. Didn’t see any donkeys, the peacocks are caged. Morning yoga didn’t happen. Sanitary block is tired, faint whiff of sewage. Could be more thoroughly cleaned. Only one washing machine for entire campsite (that I am aware of). No grey water disposal (!), we were told to drive to Figueres.
