We had a fantastic stay at this property! The accommodation was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for our family (including our pets). The owners were absolutely adorable—so kind and always available to help with anything we needed. Located just outside of Florence, the setting was quiet, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for families looking for a calm escape with plenty of room to unwind.

Charming villa outside of Florence minutes to Tuscan vineyards and castles as well and 10-15 minutes from downtown Florence. Beautiful old style building with large living quarters. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment and it felt like we had an entire house to ourselves. The grounds are very nice and while it a was a bit cool for swimming during September visit, I might have been tempted to if it looked like the pool was still being maintained. There was water in it but lots of leaves, sun bathers were out though enjoying the gardens and relaxing atmosphere. The people are extremely friendly, welcoming and warm hearted family oriented folks. Vikki prepares a very nice continental breakfast daily for the guests. Amenities in our villa were a bit sparse, so you'll need to go to the grocery store, but there's one within walking distance. There's also a nice restaurant right next door. Overall a great experience and neat place for a large family to stay and enjoy.

Villa il padule is a nice b&b on the outskirt of Florence. The house was built way back in time - the owner kept the original design and it feels very traditionally. Don’t expect state of the art or modern experience. This is a nice getaway from All the hustle and bustle in downtown Florence. The taxi is a bit of a challenge and it’s expensive. Usually there’s long waiting Before getting a taxi (45min - 1hour) Make sure you have pocket WiFi - that makes it so much easier to get a taxi. The service is very relaxed (don’t stress) and the atmosphere is relaxing.
