The Atlantic, New Polzeath

Fantastic restaurant right on the cliff side of Polzeath Beach. Spectacular views for sunset. The food was delicious and the local beer was great too. Lovely patio out front if you just want to stop for a drink.

Head chef Grant’s crab tortellini was some of, if not the best I’ve ever had 🦀 Lovely staff, great venue, great bar. Thanks guys 🙏

Atlantic Bar & Kitchen is a decent spot with a bit of an unpredictable kitchen. While I enjoy the overall vibe and would return, it's worth noting that my recent experience was a bit disappointing. The fish was overcooked and dry, and the pizza desperately needed salt. In the past, I've had some really great meals here, so it seems like consistency might be an issue. If you're willing to take a chance, you might stumble upon a fantastic dish. However, be prepared for the possibility of a lacklustre meal. Despite the occasional misstep in the food department, Atlantic Bar & Kitchen still has a lot to offer. The atmosphere is pleasant, and it's a good place to grab a drink or hang out with friends. Just proceed with caution when ordering food, and you might have a good time.
