Hotel Crystal

During our stay, on a Monday evening (not weekend) there was a party and the music was so loud that none of us (not even the children) could sleep. The party lasted until 2:00am. I wasn't really expecting this from such a pricey hotel. In 2 nights they only made the beds, no cleaning. The furniture and glass was dusty. Food is good, if you exclude the desert (which is really bad). Spa is good tho. Let's say for half the price, it can be a good stay, but feels like a 4 star hotel, with 3 star service, that cost like a 5 star hotel.

We had a great experience! Very friendly staff and the hotel manager was very kind with us. They granted us a late check-out in ordet to join a few extra hours of swimming pool and spa, which was great! For couples experience I highly recommend room 320, it features a circle bed and great balcony with a fantastic view!

Excellent hotel in centre of town, pool and spa were excellent. Water slides for kids. Indoor and outdoor pools, salt pool. Food was ok but we ate from buffet in morning and evening and had no complaints. Room was clean and tidy.parking was up the street from hotel so drop your bags and then go park. Finnish Sauna was excellent with good temperature, good size electric stove with ability to throw water on the stones. Can go outside after sauna or have a beer from the small cafe//bar within the pool area. I would return.
