Gasthof Badl

We stayed at Gasthof Badl for two nights -- lovely family hotel with epic views of the mountains from our balcony. They offer a wide variety of breakfast offerings, excellent restaurant dining recommendations in town and warm Austrian hospitality. Ella and Lucy (the house dogs) are sweeties! Highly recommend -- we would definitely stay here again. NOTE -- While the property is a short-ish walk from the train station, gravel on the footpath made it very challenging for us with wheeled luggage! Recommend a taxi. Otherwise, footpath and walking to/from town across the bridge is so lovely.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The lady at the reception was very attentive to our needs, also kindly recommended a wonderful hike and shared very helpful tips that made our trip even more memorable. The cleanliness was impeccable – something we value a lot – and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. All the staff were extremely friendly and genuinely caring. Highly recommended!

Fantastic 4 days stay with our 2 small kids. The room was big and quiet. A good air conditioner. A very good breakfast all fresh and being refilled at all times. The place was full and we didn't even notice. The staff was very nice! The hostess amazingly nice and made us feel so comfortable at every second of our stay. We appreciate it so much. We loved it 10/10
