The hotel is in a perfect location, with a bus stop right in front of the door coming from Siena, and it's just a 5-minute walk to reach the city. The room had an old-fashioned decor, reminiscent of the 1970s, with a small bathroom. A plus: the floor had no carpet, which helped keep things clean and fresh. The room was clean and located on the second floor—note that there’s no lift, but the stairs are wide and easily accessible. Parking was sufficient, and breakfast was simple but correct. For a 3-star hotel, it’s ideal for a few nights. The real highlight was the friendly and professional reception staff. Mateo, in particular, was very welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located about a 20-minute walk from the walls of the old town and another 20 minutes to Piazza del Campo, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away, useful for those who want to use public transportation. The room was small, reasonably clean, equipped with a fridge and TV, and the bathroom had sufficient toiletries (including body lotion). The air conditioning was built into the building and limited in terms of temperature and ventilation so as not to affect its operation in other rooms. Fortunately, the weather was not very hot during our visit to Siena, so this did not affect our stay, but it may not be sufficient if it is very warm (our room was on the top floor). The Wi-Fi was sufficient to watch a series on Netflix. The hallway had carpeting that could be updated. Breakfast was varied, with both sweet and savory options, and the coffee was good. The accommodation offers supervised parking and remains a good option for those visiting Siena who want peace and easy access to the city center.

Small room but with everything you could need. Very comfortable bed with different thickness of pillows, which not many hotels offer, so much appreciated. Bathroom is small but modern and well designed with a really decently sized shower. The hotel offers private parking for guests which is handy and you can also find street parking nearby. The hotel offers a good variety for breakfast, both English and continental. The hotel accepts dogs and provides a bed and food and drink bowls for an extra small fee. Good location, not too far from station and centre. Staff pleasant and friendly, the receptionists are professional and make you feel welcome - will definitely stay at this hotel again.
