Hotel in a great location, just a few steps from the lively street, yet quiet. Central location for accessing the various lifts. Great welcome, functional room that was recently renovated. Full, quality breakfast. Very nice bar with live music.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always supportive, making the experience truly pleasant from start to finish. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the station and nearby attractions. The room was excellent - clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What I loved the most was the balcony view, which was absolutely perfect and added a special touch to the stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.

The place is truly lovely, and the people are incredibly welcoming. From the moment you arrive, you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast is definitely worth it. The food is fresh, well prepared, and delicious. A lovely bonus is the complimentary tea with cakes, which is a really nice touch and something to look forward to during the day.
