First off, the location is great. It is a 1-2 minute walk to the bus stop into Old Town/town center. There is a supermarket right beside the building. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, but it’s a generally quiet neighborhood/area. The room is spacious and clean. We slept very well owing to the comfy bed and the blackout blinds. The attention to detail is impressive: we bought a glass of wine and drank it in regular glasses. The next day, when we returned to the room after it had been cleaned, they had placed wine glasses on the table. Big thanks to Sergio for welcoming us and giving us recommendations on where to eat and what to see here in San Sebastian. We went to three restaurants that he recommended, and they all exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious!

My husband and I stayed here for the San Sebastian leg of our honeymoon. Sergio and David are very kind and accommodating! We arrived pretty late from our bus ride from Barcelona and David waited for us to check-in past 11pm, he even prepared some sandwiches for us cos he knew we wouldn’t be able to order anything by the time we arrived - super thoughtful! The place is located in a quiet area but with lots of nearby restaurants and a supermarket right beside the building. It is very near a bus stop but we usually opted to enjoy the walk by the beach to old town. The room & bathroom were spacious & clean and we liked that we had a complementary mini bar restocked everyday. Would stay here again!

Spacious suite with every comfort and an extremely comfy bed and pillows. Loved the free minibar that was restocked every day. Everything was spotless. Great location, lots of nice restaurants around and the beach is just a short walk. Our host Sergio was super friendly and gave us excellent food recommendations. Highly recommend!
