A Perfect Stay Highly Recommended! I want to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and dedication. The apartment was absolutely fantastic spotlessly clean, modern, very comfortable, and perfectly air conditioned. The location was great, in a quiet area and only about 10 minutes away from the city center. Private parking was a big advantage! We slept very well the bed was super comfortable and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as relaxing as possible. There was also a great pizzeria just downstairs, which made everything even more convenient. The team was exceptional friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They responded quickly to all our questions and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. We had a wonderful time and honestly, there’s nothing negative to say everything was perfect. We would love to come back again next year. Thank you so much you truly deserve all the stars!

Neat & cosy place to stay - really enjoyed the room which was very clean and modern. Convenient parking out front in a safe and quiet area. People were super lovely and helped us navigate the area & tips to explore Cinque Terre/La Spezia/Porto Venere.

If you enjoy lots of mosquitoes, an extremely hard bed, and overly intrusive staff – then this is the place for you! Arrival: The parking is located on an open street, right next to garbage bins. It does not feel safe at all. Room: When we checked in, we were greeted by a swarm of mosquitoes in the room. Cleanliness was average at best. Bed: Not a real bed – more like something you’d find at a campsite. If you look closely at the photos, you’ll notice this. The mattress is loose and incredibly hard! There are no blackout curtains or any light protection in the room, so you’ll be waking up with the sunrise whether you like it or not. Staff:Extremely nosy and intrusive. They ask where you're going when you leave and where you've been when you return. Very uncomfortable experience! PS:The balcony might look tempting in the photos, but be warned – the mosquito situation is out of control. It’s impossible to enjoy sitting outside, and for the love of God, don’t open the windows unless you want a whole mosquito family moving in.
