Winter Review: The guesthouse actually has a lot of potential, with its proximity to the mountains and other ski resorts, its wood-paneled rooms, and the common room. We rented two rooms. These were clean and spacious. However, the list of shortcomings is long and not visible in the pictures: The showers don't drain properly, and the bathroom floods every time. There's no ventilation in the bathroom, no towel warmer (which is essential for ski gear), and in one of the rooms (upstairs), there were silverfish coming out of the drain. The sauna was broken, the communal kitchen has been converted into a ski room (but doesn't have a ski boot dryer) and is dirty and smells as if something is rotting. The kitchen is right next to the closed sauna… The common room isn't very cozy (lighting and furnishings) and also has much more potential. Don't set the refrigerator in the room to 5: the food freezes. There's no extractor fan in the kitchenette, so don't plan on doing any major cooking. ... We didn't see any of the owners during our three days here. We only saw them at breakfast (which was an extra charge) across the hall. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. For €15 per person, we would have liked to see some fresh bread in addition to the pre-baked rolls. Things to know: Dogs are allowed. There's a noticeable smell in the hallways. You should also expect that some of the other guests cook with their doors open, which also contributes to the smell. You get the feeling that the place is on the decline. A real shame.

When we arrived, the problems started with the bed only being partially made. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired; the bathroom was moldy, dirty, and had silverfish... The shower drain was clogged. We've been vacationing here for years, and this was by far the worst room we've ever stayed in. After we pointed it out, they didn't accept it but instead made excuses... For the price per person, you should expect something different. Never again. It's a real shame because the location was great.

Review of the guesthouse: Friendly service, clean, well-equipped apartments. Disadvantage: When showering, you flood half the bathroom and then can't get to the toilet without getting wet. You can hear the traffic noise on the street side. Breakfast is okay but low-cost; some rolls and pretzels are hard, the fruit salad is mostly canned, the fruit basket is sparsely stocked, the coffee machine makes regular coffee and espresso, but the latte macchiato and cappuccino programs produce poor results because they only use powdered milk.
