On the Via Francigena from Lucca to Camaiore, a beautiful farmhouse with plenty of sleeping accommodations, fully equipped, and suitable for groups of 6-8 people. The best time to visit is definitely summer; it's a little out of the way, but easily accessible. The owner, Antonella, is very kind and helpful, and provides information.
