I regret to say that my experience at Bugglie C only [not the Top] was extremely disappointing. Throughout my stay, there were significant issues that greatly impacted my comfort and overall enjoyment. First and foremost, the complete absence of hot water during nighttime was unacceptable. The shower and bath were rendered useless due to a non-functioning boiler. Despite reporting the issue to the hotel staff, no effort was made to resolve the problem or provide an alternate solution.Furthermore, the promised Jacuzzi was inoperable throughout my entire stay. However, the most distressing aspect of my experience was the unsettling atmosphere within the hotel at night. Multiple instances of ghostly encounters were reported by both myself and other friends, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unable to get a peaceful night's sleep. The reasons behind these occurrences remain a mystery, but the impact on our overall experience was undeniable. On future travels, I will certainly be more cautious and selective in choosing accommodations, as this experience at Bugglie C has left me greatly dissatisfied.

Nice apartments with awesome view

We spent a week's family vacation at Buggeli Top (5 adults with 5 children/baby). The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is spacious, very modern, and nicely furnished. Unfortunately, we had no hot water after midday each day, partly because it was used up by the tenants of the apartment below, and partly because the boiler used for both apartments seems to be too small. Upon our arrival, the accommodation also had numerous defects that should have been identified and repaired before our stay (e.g., broken dishwasher, dryer, patio door, broken parasol, internet, satellite TV, bedside lamps, awnings, missing bed linens, dirty grill, uncleaned terrace). Instead, we had to deal with these issues and frustrations throughout our vacation. Finally, we felt cheated because the whirlpool was unusable (it was filled with water and completely covered in algae), and we weren't informed of this, even though it was advertised on the website and listed as part of the amenities. According to management, it should have been booked separately, but this wasn't listed on the website, nor were we informed about it during booking. Based on the price, one would expect it to be included and ready to use. Overall, we had expected a high-quality and completely hassle-free stay, but we were very disappointed. Communication with the team and management also proved difficult. Therefore, we would not recommend this accommodation or this provider.
