WARNING! Misleading Listing, Inaccessible, and Unhygienic. DO NOT BOOK HERE! This is an honest and urgent warning to anyone considering booking this accommodation. The problems are so severe that they completely ruined my vacation plans. This is truly unbelievable. 1. Severe Misrepresentation of Location (La Spezia vs. Middle of Nowhere) The most significant issue is that this property is listed on Hotels.com under La Spezia. This is absolutely incorrect and constitutes serious misrepresentation: ​Actual Location: The accommodation is incredibly remote, miles away from La Spezia, located near Vernazza (Cinque Terre), right in the middle of a secluded area with no other houses, restaurants, or shops. ​Accessibility (Extremely Poor): The property is only accessible by taking a train to Vernazza, and then: A costly taxi (€30 per trip). ​A shuttle that runs only three times a day. ​Even if you take the shuttle/bus, there is still a 15-minute walk over difficult terrain. As an elderly couple, and especially for myself, a victim of osteoporosis who uses a cane, this location is absolutely unacceptable and inaccessible. You will find yourself stranded. 2. Shocking Hygiene and Unacceptable Conditions ​ The condition of the room was scandalous for the price paid (€85). This is a severe breach of basic hospitality standards: ​Dirty and Unkempt: Upon arrival, we found the room in an unacceptable condition—it was visibly dirty. ​Insect Infestation: We found approximately ten insects in total. ​The Most Shocking Detail: There was a cockroach on the pillowcase. We have photographs clearly showing the condition of the room and the insects, including the cockroach, to prove this claim. Conclusion: This booking represents a serious case of misrepresentation by both the booking platform and the property owner. Our vacation plans to spend time in La Spezia were completely disrupted because we were stranded in a remote, unhygienic, and inaccessible location. ​I strongly advise EVERYONE not to book here. Do not pay for this distress.

Cheating . .. very disappointed! We booked for deluxe room on trip.com but they gave us standard room. The reason they gave us was we paid too little. It’s certainly not our fault !! • No one at reception or at the place. We called when we arrived. They said 2 minutes. In fact,we have to wait 35 minutes before getting the room key. • It’s far from everything. No restaurant nearby.Not suitable to stay ,if you don’t have a car. It takes 30 minutes drive to Riomaggiore. • Not worth ! The room is small and the bed is not comfortable. The standard is below what you paid. It should cost 65 euros rather than 110 euros. • Dishonest way to do business !! Destroy mood for travel. Disappointed! Not recommend!

The experience staying here was amazing. The host was friendly Enough to pick us up from the station when we got lost. There's one little problem reaching out to this place is you need a car or call for taxi. Taxi people usually charge 15 euros to 30 euros depending upon the pick up place . Host helped us with dinner and breakfast. If you are traveling without car and need some help with taxi, please use the taxi info provided below.
