BED & BREAKFAST Mar Fantasy

Pleasantly surprised! We decided to book a room during the Ferragosto holiday with five other friends, but without too many expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted like royalty. We were offered drinks and given a tour of the property, all with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. Once we settled in, it felt like home. Sharing bathrooms with a room full of strangers might have been a bit daunting at first, but I can assure you that for someone who's never had such an experience, it's truly wonderful and intriguing. Not to mention the extremely clean bathrooms, modern and always spotless, with cute red sink plugs that read "keep calm and carry on." As for the rooms, we can be satisfied; it's hard to find such a spacious and beautiful room at such a bargain price (considering Forte dei Marmi standards). The room was well soundproofed and airy, despite its proximity to the train station and the lack of air conditioning. The window lets in plenty of fresh air, which is certainly not lacking in Versilia, but if that weren't enough, the property also features a large terrace where you can cool off and relax, listening to the birds chirping and Vincenzo, who is always friendly and helpful. For those who want, the very kind Vincenzo also prepares delicious coffee in the morning (to start the day off right). What can I say? It's hard to find anything wrong with our stay. We found the property well-equipped and clean, with a wide selection of shampoos and shower gels (unheard of), but above all, it was livable and relaxing. Parking wasn't hard to find, as the property is literally surrounded by parking spaces. The icing on the cake is the supermarket just 10 meters from the B&B, where you can shop and buy whatever you need at truly excellent prices. We thank Vincenzo and his entire staff for their hospitality; we felt pampered like children. We will definitely return in the future. Top!!!

Our stay was comfortable and very peaceful, with spacious rooms and clean sheets. The property, in addition to reflecting the owner's personality, also has a terrace where you can sit and relax under the Tuscan sun. Keep in mind that the bathrooms are not ensuite but shared with other rooms. They were very clean, however. The location is excellent considering its proximity to Forte Dei Marmi train station, and evening parking was easily found in front of the property. Being just a few minutes from Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta makes it a strategic spot for visiting the area. I recommend this stay to those who appreciate being away from the city center but are looking for good service and a great location. A special mention goes to Vincenzo, who was very helpful and kind to us from the start.

What can I say... When we arrived at the facility, Mr. Vincenzo welcomed us warmly, always with a smile on his face... a truly pleasant person who makes you feel right at home. Plus, every morning he updates you on the weather conditions throughout Versilia! (A delightful person). He then gave us a tour of the facility, which turned out to be truly cutting-edge, with absolutely nothing missing! The overnight stay was excellent; we took some excellent naps in the comfortable beds the facility offers; and when you wake up, Mr. Vincenzo makes excellent coffee, wishing you a good day! Recommended for everyone, from families to young people who want to have fun. Congratulations, Mr. Vincenzo!
