The Riad Tarifa

A very beautiful Riad ofcourse in Maroccon style. We stay there for two nights. The host Rafael is very nice and helpful. We got tips and a map with hotspots in Tarifa. You can go to Bossa voor very nice Breakfast/lunch and coffee.

Beautifully designed and decorated hotel in a great location in the old town. Bedrooms were stunning and a lovely breakfast was included on the terrace. The manager Rafael was extremely kind and helpful and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Highly recommended and we would love to return when next in Tarifa!

We stayed in the Junior Suite on the second floor and were very pleased with our choice. The room was the perfect size for the two of us – modernly furnished yet still cozy. We especially appreciated the fact that there was plenty of space to leave our suitcases open on the floor without the room ever feeling cramped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We received great recommendations for restaurants and excursions, and always felt well taken care of. The location is also ideal: only about a five-minute walk to the (paid) parking area, and from there you’re right in the heart of Tarifa. Everything – restaurants, shops, and even the beach – is easily reachable on foot. Breakfast turned out to be a lovely surprise, as we hadn’t even realized it was included in the price. Unfortunately, we only enjoyed it once, but it had everything you need for a good start to the day. Overall, we were more than satisfied and would happily return anytime. Minor downside: The only small issue was the shower – after use, some water would pool in front of the sink, so we had to wipe it up with a towel. But honestly, this was just a minor inconvenience and didn’t affect our stay at all.
