Villa Felcaro - Relais, Lodge & Restaurant

Beds were old and didn't feel great. Very warm without air-conditioning. Rooms were decent size.

Hotel was very dated. Looks like it’s best days are behind it. Many things broken or in disrepair, especially at the pool and in the rooms. Most rooms had air conditioning that did not function. In the hot summer days this was difficult. Staffing was way too small for the hotel. While they acted like they wanted to help, You got the feeling (and the result) of not much actual help or assistance.

Old fashioned. Poor maintenance. No friendliness except for lady at the bar. Rooms are old. Beds are awfull. Breakfast is disaster
