Lovely, quiet villa just a mere 10 minute walk to Tölz’ city centre. Located in the town’s beautiful spa area, far away from traffic. The room is huge, all spotlessly clean and with plenty of closet space for those staying longer. Check-in happens through two codes sent to you per email or sms, the keypads work fine. Instructions are excellent. Communication with the host by phone was pleasant, polite and very helpful. Prices are fair, especially compared to other accommodations in Tölz.

Way too expensive for what you get, which is not much: no staff to be seen all weekend, no shampoo in the rooms and no hot water in the shower. The house and surroundings are not well looked after and the cleanliness of the room was mediocre. Outdated facilities. Not again.

The room was small and clean, for that price I can hardly ask for more. Cause I used it during a work related meeting in the city, I didn't use any other service. The location of the hotel is quite nice and quite. WiFi worked without any problem. I cannot complain about my stay
