The hotel is very good, clean, and cozy, but the restaurant is fantastic. The food is delicious, and the service is top-notch, especially that of Gonzalo, the Spanish waiter who speaks perfect German and makes you feel very important with all his attentiveness and advice!

We had a dinner at the hotel's restaurant. We walked from the House of Architects to get to know the village and for the dinner. The restaurant is located in the ground floor of an alpine style hotel. The food is resonable priced (considering the location). Service was friendly. We both had gourmet burgers which were tasty but not delicious. We would recommend to walk around a little the village. This restaurant is a good option for dining there.

Very comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, two visits to Therme Vals included. Specification when it comes to location: about 700 m from the Therme, so not ideal if you want to go directly to the spa from the bedroom, but we enjoyed strolling through the village. And related to the location within the village, as Vals is quite far away from other places. Additional advantage: no drama if you have forgot your Swiss adapter, the rooms also have standard European sockets.
