Convenient one night stay in room number 7 for daughter and I. I wouldn't describe it as a hotel or guest house in the traditional sense - more rooms for rent Airbnb-style with key boxes for entry. Nicely done up place. It was absolutely fine for us and just what we needed. The £120 we paid felt about right. The owner was very attentive when the shower pump wasn't working (switched off by a previous guest, maybe) and parking was easy - we parked outside rather than in the car park to the rear which was also an option. Really great location, a short stroll down the hill to all Swanage has to offer. Swanage is lovelier than I remember and local folk super friendly. Had the best pizza ever at Coastal Crust - an absolute must.

From the booking to the stay this place is amazing the lady on phone was helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Instructions was clear of what we had to do at ceck in/out ..we had room 14 massive bathroom ,room was large clean and comfortable. we had water and fresh milk in the fridge. Definitely going back. We also loved the village and the walks.

Convenient location with minimalist room and self service vibe. Room was clean and well sorted but small. No staff were present. Living room space and bar shown in the adverts were locked off and not available to guests. The front porch is available to sit in. A line to dry laundry was handy. Our room was too small to sit in so we went looking for places to hang out in town. We were hoping for more but if you are just looking for a room this place is fine.
