Excellent value, friendly and helpful staff, and truly welcoming rooms. From the industrial area, you enter a private rural setting, with extensive grounds populated with cats, chickens, and peacocks. The rooms, with stone interiors and exposed beams, are meticulously maintained and perfectly in keeping with the grounds. The outdoor tables are noteworthy, where you can enjoy a beer or wine with friends and enjoy the silence of the night. A varied sweet and savory breakfast of excellent quality is served. Highly recommended.

A charming place surrounded by greenery, offering heavenly tranquility and lots of animals. Wonderful and friendly owners, Mrs. Carmen is a fantastic woman. She prepared a fantastic dinner for us, abundant and delicious, from appetizer to dessert, all prepared with the help of her grandson. Besides being a skilled cook, he also does everything at the B&B. He's a wonderful guy and as friendly as Grandma Carmen. If you want a place to relax, this is the perfect place. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

The property is located a few kilometers beyond Pieve Santo Stefano, easily accessible by car or on foot, taking care as the route is on a state road. To reach the B&B, you must cross an industrial area and then, as if by magic, you find yourself on a farm. Horses, donkeys, peacocks, pigeons, and goats are a delight for the little ones, who can run around safely in the garden. The rooms are clean and well-kept; the bathroom, though not bidet-equipped, has a large shower and modern furnishings. There's a shared kitchen with access to cold drinks and the option of storing your own toiletries. The breakfast is plentiful, delicious, and carefully prepared. The owners are helpful and courteous. If we had to find a flaw, it would be the slightly intrusive nature of the place.
