Our stay at Stuub Tititsee in Titisee-Neustadt on January 1, 2026, was unfortunately very disappointing. We had booked a studio for one night through Booking.com. Upon arrival, we discovered that there was no staff on site and that the entire check-in process was exclusively electronic. We had not received any email with access codes or clear check-in information beforehand, which resulted in several phone calls and considerable inconvenience. The crucial point: Despite having already paid in full, access to the room was not possible until we paid an additional €62 on-site by card. This fee was neither mentioned in the booking nor in the Booking.com confirmation. We were clearly informed that access to the already paid-for room would not be possible without this additional payment. In the end, the total price thus amounted to over €200 for one night, which was completely disproportionate to the service provided. Other advertised services also failed to meet expectations: Breakfast was not served at the accommodation itself, as described, so we had to arrange it ourselves at another hotel. The sauna was unusable. There was no one on-site to address problems directly. Overall, the stay was very stressful, lacked transparency, and was not justified by the price. We would not book this accommodation again and would not recommend it.

We had a two-night stay at the Stüble Hotel and were very satisfied. Everything was clean, modern, and new. The apartment (approx. 40 m²) with a terrace was nicely furnished, with a kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Clean cribs were provided for our two children – a very thoughtful touch! In the basement, there's a room like a small conference room, perfect for friends or game nights. There you'll find coffee machines, wine, beer, and other drinks – payment is accepted via a cash box or bank transfer. A sauna and washing machine are also available. Check-in was easy: We received a door code and completed everything via an iPad using our passport details and payment. Minor issues: dirty windows, a broken soap dispenser, and lots of leaves on the terrace, even though the final cleaning cost over €60. We booked through Check24, where this fee was charged separately – it may be different on other platforms. Overall, a very nice hotel; we would gladly return!
