Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Truly unforgettable. From the very first moment at AKI Family Resort Plose, everything felt different. The people, the service, the atmosphere it’s on a level that’s hard to describe. We’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world. Beautiful places, excellent service, refined experiences. But AKI Family Resort Plose deserves 10 stars compared to all of them. You can feel that every single detail has been thought through. Nothing is random. It’s as if someone designed this place with both parents and children in mind, without compromising on style, quality or experience. Lovee tat! The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Not “good for a family hotel.” Just genuinely fantastic. Every meal felt like a culinary experience, beautifully presented and full of flavour. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The service is warm, attentive and effortless. The team anticipates what you need before you even ask. And the children… they felt at home instantly. Within minutes. It was almost unbelievable how natural and safe it felt for them. That says everything. It’s rare to find a place where luxury, family life and true hospitality merge so seamlessly. Words honestly don’t do it justice. We still miss it. Thanks AKi! Wished there were more hotels in the world like this!

Awesome family resort. The main focus is making the kids happy and entertained, but they don’t skimp on food quality or services for the adults. The service at the restaurant is attentive and competent. There is also a huge glass wine cellar at the restaurant entrace that sets the tone for the whole experience. Every interaction with hotel personnel - pre arrival, checkin, dining and house keeping, has been consistently excellent.

Outstanding family hotel. Service is amazing and the hotel is modern and smells like new!! Great Breakfast buffet and many options of eggs. At the dinner we ordered a local wine and had a special experience with the service of the Sommelier Stefano. Recommend 100%
