I don't see the point of the 4.9 overall rating. This hotel deserves even higher rating than 5.0 Very modern, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, restaurant serves Michelin level food (try home made gnocchi). The staff is wonderful, starting from front desk, bar, restaurant, housekeeping.. Kudos to all, keep up the great work. Location is perfect, and Pontresina is a must visit place when traveling to Switzerland. The interior design is something else. I would personally like to shake the hands of the architect, and for the idea and the realisation. This happens with owners who have full trust in the creativity process. I could go on and on for the whole day. If you are ready for adventure, do not miss the rent a bike option, and head out above Pontresina. The views are stunning. Also, you can take the scenic and peaceful forest trails to St. Moritz, passing by Lej da Staz. The spa is wonderful as well. Highly recommend hotel!

Amazing hotel! Wake up surrounded by views of the mountains from every window. The ambiance is calming and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing spa retreat holiday. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and super clean. And the breakfast is a perfect start to the morning. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful from the very first moment. We were warmly welcomed, everything was clearly explained to us, and our room was beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean, practical, and very stylish. The wellness area was just as impressive – very friendly staff, spotless cleanliness, and tasteful design. As for the restaurant: we didn’t have dinner there, but we did enjoy a drink at the bar, where the staff was extremely kind. The menu looked rich and creative. Breakfast was plentiful, with attentive and very friendly staff. What really stood out to me is the bar at the entrance of the hotel: when a guest walks in, not only the reception staff but also the restaurant staff greet you with a smile.
