Not the best place to stay although the owners representative was very helpful. The roof leaked, no oven and the village lacks a decent restaurant. The only place to buy groceries was a Spar supermarket which was somewhat limited in its offerings.The electricity supply is clearly of a very low rating as when you use the kettle (which we had to ask for) and one ring on the job, the power cut out. The bathroom was quite primitive, but adequate. The scenery for the surrounding area was excellent as were the gecko lizards on the veranda. Parking on the road is a bit haphazard as are the many steps down to the apartment/small villa.

A wonderful country house in an enviable setting. Breakfast on the enormous terrace with its beautiful views of the valley is truly unforgettable. The owners were very welcoming and gave us a lovely welcome with a basket of local fruit. I will definitely be back!
