Mr Faizal, the manager and team were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was centrally located and it was a great experience. Had great views from the room.

Good location in Grindelwald, close to the bus stop and Jungfraujoch. Nice view, helpful English-speaking staff. Room was clean but smelled musty, no fridge, TV not working. Overall average for the price.

The rooms are good. Perfect location. The lady in the reception, Matina was pretty kind and helpful. But regarding the bathrooms could have been better.
