A very positive experience. The property is located a 5-minute drive from the Basilica of San Francesco and a few hundred meters from the entrance to Perugia. The property is completely surrounded by greenery with a truly picturesque view of the surrounding mountains. The owner is very helpful, unobtrusive, and always ready to accommodate guests' needs. We will be back. 🤗

The lady was extremely kind and helpful! The place was clean and well-maintained. To get 5 stars, she should focus on the breakfast aspect. Good value for money. Highly recommended!
