We have stayed with a group of 37 people last week in VAYA and honestly, our annual company ski trip, and we all agree, this was the best residences we booked since we are organizing it. The beautiful cosy rooms, the excellent restaurant with lots of tasty options, superb staff, top breakfast, the well maintained spa, the top location (ski rental is simply nextdoor, as well as the slopes!), the very kind reception that was always there to help out, and the nice bar to have a closing drink in style. Really, thank you from us all. We appreciate all the efforts you clearly made to make this one of the better ski hotels in Zell Am See and surroundings. Luckily we booked well in advance. Kind regards and till a next ski trip in Zell Am See 😬

Excellent experience. Location - ski in ski out, ski school, rentals, gondolas everything within 100m. Staff - brilliant, very helpful and looked after our big group very well. Food - great. We did half board. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Dinner was always good with plenty of choices. Room - hot water, space and comfy. Overall, excellent stay made better by the staff.

This hotel was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and it is absolutely not worth the money charged. First of all, the hotel does not match the photos shown on the website. The reality is very different. The rooms are old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Everything looks worn out from the furniture to the walls and creates an unpleasant and uncomfortable atmosphere. There was also a constant unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. On top of that, insects were found in the room and in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards. The bathroom is old and worn, clearly in need of renovation. Overall, the room feels neglected and far below any reasonable hotel standard. Another major issue is the complete lack of staff at night. If you go outside late at night and lose your room card or if it gets demagnetized, no one will help you. There is simply no staff available. No one answers the phone, and no one is there to open the door. This actually happened to our friend, who arrived a few days earlier than us. Because no one responded and he could not enter the hotel, he was forced to go to another hotel and book a temporary room for the night. This situation is unacceptable and unsafe for a hotel. The only positives are the friendly staff in the restaurant, decent breakfasts, and the convenient ski slope directly next to the hotel. However, none of this justifies the price. For the amount of money charged, the quality of rooms, cleanliness, and overall service is extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely never stay here again.
