Hôtel Parc et Lac

I stayed one night and left early, so no breakfast. I couldn't find the reservation in the self-checkin, so a very friendly lady supported me and entered the data. The hotel is great value for money with a quaint atmosphere; hallways and rooms tastefully decorated with art. The room and bed were nice and clean even if some furniture might be a bit dated. Recommended if you don't want to spend $$$

It is right opposite the Christmas market n in some rooms there is a lake view. The room was generally clean however I found a dead fly who seems to have died a long time ago on the bed. Lastly the reception was super nice to us making jokes here n there. Overall it’s a good hotel to stay in

Called to make a group reservation. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite my polite and straightforward questions regarding room availability for an upcoming corporate event, I did not receive clear information, nor any willingness to assist or explore possible solutions. The tone of the conversation was dismissive, which was particularly disappointing given that I was calling with a potential group booking. As someone responsible for organising accommodation for a management meeting, I expected a minimum level of courtesy and customer service. This experience fell well below that standard and does not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect from your establishment. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and ensure that future interactions with your possible guests are handled in a more helpful and professional manner.
