Hotel Târnava

A somewhat cozy place in the city center with large rooms and quite a view if you get a suite on the upper levels. I say 'somewhat' because some of the other guests can be noisy, especially if you need to take a nap in daytime. Overall a great value for your money.

Although, from the information on the website and booking, I expected it to be a good hotel, I was extremely pleased with what I found. A hotel, I could say new, with an ultra modern and tasteful room arrangement, with light colors that give the feeling of a lot of space, with a perfect bathroom (I appreciated the modern shower on the floor, I appreciated that there is no bathtub-an outdated thing), of a perfect cleanliness. The extremely kind staff provided us with various useful information, including for trips outside the city. The SkyBar is a delight. Very good breakfast and dinner. A hotel where you want to spend as much time as possible. Congratulations to the manager and staff!

Centrally located hotel; easy to walk to most places. The standard rooms are comfortable with a/c, there also superior rooms available. The offered breakfast is very good with several choices. The staff is very nice and was easy to work with. Great view of the surrounding area from the rooftop SkyBar.
