Average age of the visitors was maybe 70+, which felt quite odd. Would not recommend the hotel's own restaurant. The room was clean and okay but it took nearly 10 minutes before we got warm water in the shower.

Both receptionists were very rude making us feel basically unwelcome and were very resistant to solving any problems. First they claimed we haven’t made a reservation until they found out that we did but they couldn’t find us in the system. The next day, they lost my identity card and it took one hour for me to convince them to try to find it and that I hope they don’t expect me to just leave without it. Unbelievable really.

New Year's Eve: 35€ entrance ticket at 23:00 seems not that fair, honestly. Most of free drinks were low quality and served on plastic-glasses. All you can eat food, but no "panettone" available for the guests (99% Italian). New Year cake : good job!
