Ziggys Mountain Retreat

Ziggys retreat B&B exceeded my expectations! I had very comfortable and peaceful room with very clean bathroom. The room had central heating, which is unusual in accommodations in Spain. The staff was very welcoming and kind, putting a lot of effort to make your stay enjoyable. The location is excellent - just right at the central square of this lovely, historic village, close to a grocery store, restaurants and cafes. I also enjoyed the breakfast, as the views from the dining room are stunning, especially at the sunrise. I only regret that it was too cold in December to swim in the pool. I would definitely come back.

Really nice hotel & super comfortable rooms, I was passing by on my cycling trip and stayed here! Vilaflor itself is absolutely beautiful - please go to the cafe a few doors up from the hotel & chat with the cute Spanish old lady that sells many great almond treats. Would’ve given 5 stars but the hotel owner is a bit rude, there’s a sign on the door that tells you to call if you arrive early; which I did do only to be spoken to in a very clever manner about the check in time ( which in itself is stupid, I think like 4pm )

My partner and I had an incredible weekend in Vilaflor, thanks to the delightful mountain retreat Ziggys😍 Our two-night stay was absolutely perfect, situated in the center and conveniently close to all the hiking trails. Upon arrival, the reception lady warmly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the place. The retreat boasts a stunning garden with a pool area, creating a calm atmosphere - ideal for a relaxing getaway. Our room was charming, featuring comfortable beds, heating, and a private bathroom. The highlight was the delicious continental breakfast served in the morning, complete with freshly baked bread, eggs, jam, and everything one needs for a fantastic day of hiking. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place. The combination of the serene surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and tasty breakfast made our stay truly memorable.
