Pensiunea Clipa

Pro: Room was ok and clean with AC, service was ok, location is good (close to the downtown). Cons: very, very noisy. A lot of music till morning, a lot of noisy people and a lot of vulgarity. We had to stay 2 nights, the nex day I bought earplugs because of the noise. Another minus was the missing coffee from our room 👎. No private parking.

We liked the place very much, the rooms are big, modern furnished, bed is very comfortable and bathroom nice and new. The air conditioning also works. As minuses, there is no elevator and all rooms are at the 3rd floor. Also, there is no sign signalying the pension and we had some difficulty identifying the place. Breakfast was included in the c'pub which is accessible via private door from the pension. There is no breakfast menu but the staff was very nice and catered to our needs. Check in was very smooth, we got from the hotel staff via phone the access code and we were able to enter the premises, the door card was on the reception desk. There is no dedicated parking but there are plenty of parking spaces on the street, free of charge.

Rooms are ok, service is at best decent. Rooms at 3rd floor over ballrooms, no elevator (we were lucky no party was that night). Breakfast is served in the downstairs bar filled with cigarette smoke (served after waiting 25 mins). Checkout very difficult because no personnel is trained to issue invoice and the owner didn't answer the phone in the morning (travelled on business).
