I stayed here 3 nights and was very happy about the relative silence and the close distance to San Damiano. There is a street in the back of the building but with low traffic. The host is very friendly and she cares about the house and the guests. I had everything I needed. Breakfast is set up in the common room, sometimes a little cake, and I could serve myself with coffee when ever I woke up in the morning. The view to the valley is beautiful and it is close to the town and the supermarket.

The best thing about this place is the location and the view. I feel compelled to leave this review to help those who, like me, are looking for accommodation and rely on the opinions of others. I'll try to be brief, even though there's a lot to say. Our experience was different from what we'd read in the reviews. The welcome was a bit cold and indifferent. The rooms are very noisy: I could even feel the vibrations of a cell phone in the next room. Cleanliness could be improved: mold near the window, hair in the bathroom, grout in the shower tiles yellow with dirt, dirt and leaves at the entrance to the house. When the neighbors flush the toilet, it's really loud. Breakfast consists of coffee/tea and packaged products + yogurt. I'm very sorry, but I had to state things as they are, as objectively as possible. Even if you ignore these things, it's still a pretty good place, considering its location.

A welcoming B&B located in a farmhouse not far from the city, nestled in the peaceful countryside and boasting spectacular views of the Umbrian valley. The town center is a 10-minute walk away (uphill), which is the best option on holidays, given the difficulty in parking (even paid parking lots fill up quickly during holidays). Recommended for those visiting Assisi and the surrounding towns.
