Spotless apartment with all the amenities you could need, management are extremely helpful and friendly. Apartments are in a central location on a quiet side street 1min walking distance to shops and restaurants, I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Centrally located apartment, recently renovated but a bit sterile (unwelcoming atmosphere). It lacks coat hangers and towel racks in the bathroom. Cleanliness was good. The heat pump heating took a while to warm up in December; it would have been better if it had been turned on when we arrived. Parking is inconvenient; I recommend the oil mill in front of the police station for overnight parking, 300 meters away. Convenient location for exploring Foligno city center on foot.

Gorgeous, brand new apartment. Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Perfect location for visiting Foligno's city center. The pass for driving through the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and parking your car was very useful. We hope to return soon.
