Casale San Fortunato

The farmhouse is very characteristic, well-maintained, and very romantic. The air is refreshing from the city smog. The owners are extremely helpful, kind, welcoming, and very friendly. We were a group of 12 Neapolitan friends who stayed at the farmhouse for the lighting of the world's largest Christmas tree in Gubbio, and some of us have already almost booked for other events. P.S. Breakfast is included in the price, excellent and plentiful.

We stayed here for six nights. The farmhouse is in an excellent location, surrounded by olive trees and offering a spectacular view of Spello. Comfortable, very clean rooms with en suite bathrooms. There's a large, well-equipped swimming pool. The hosts, Mirco and Fabio, are friendly and helpful, and gave us excellent advice on nearby places to visit. The breakfast was very good, plentiful, and varied. Highly recommended.

A wonderful 2-night stay at Casale San Fortunato. Anyone who loves staying in historic farmhouses will be delighted! Our room was on the first floor with a window overlooking the pool and Spello in all its splendor in the distance. The bathroom also had a window and a very large shower. The room was furnished in an antique style with well-maintained period floors and a minibar. The hosts were always available to provide information, suggestions, and handle requests, without ever being intrusive. The swimming pool is excellent, offering a breathtaking view: Spello, the hills... the farmhouse surrounded by olive trees. The location is just a couple of kilometers from Spello and is an excellent option for those who need to reach the many nearby destinations: Trevi, Spoleto, Assisi, Foligno, Perugia...all within 20-30 minutes. The room also includes an excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a bathroom with showers...very useful for not having to go to your room. Personally, I prefer to explore the many villages, but in this case, it's worth relaxing and enjoying the view by the pool for a few hours. Discovered by chance, but very satisfied!
