Absolutely fantastic little hidden gem. The most amazing roast dinner. Roast lamb was perfect. The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them and they gave a very warm welcome. Wish we could find something like this nearer to home. Wish I could give it a 6 out of 5. Thanks for the experience!

A very cosy local pub with an open fire and good local beers. A most welcome sight for weary walkers after a wet day on the fells.

We grabbed a meal here after a good day out on the fells. Great place and nice welcome, but the food was underwhelming. Still a good place for a beer though..
