Everything was beautiful, the setting was well-kept, and the owners were very welcoming: the jacuzzi on the lawn, with the sound of cicadas and the slow-flowing stream in the background, was a real highlight! I highly recommend it!! 👌❤️

Contact with the host and booking were quick and clear (despite the late hour). We were fortunate to have the entire property available without any guests. The owners were very discreet and not at all intrusive. The property is a typical country house not far from the "panoramic road" that leads to Gubbio, with all its advantages and disadvantages. Our apartment was very spacious, the bathroom was beautiful, functional, clean, and recently built. It's perfect for two people. Of course, the jacuzzi is the icing on the cake... immaculately maintained, nestled in a wonderful garden, truly well-maintained and equipped. We had a wonderful time, with total privacy and relaxation... the value for money is excellent!!! We hope to return soon!

A delightful B&B. The atmosphere is truly unique, both due to the decor and the warmth and kindness of the owners. The house is an old farmhouse, tastefully renovated, maintaining the original furnishings. It feels like stepping back in time (without sacrificing comfort). The owner serves breakfast in the morning and even baked us her own ciambellone (a ring-shaped cake). The garden is a gem, cared for by the owner like a royal palace. The outdoor space has a Jacuzzi, a sheltered patio with chairs and tables, and loungers for sunbathing. Highly recommended. Long live this business!
