The room is a bit small but clean, the staff was very enthusiastic, the location is nice, I can join the night market

The B&B is located in the center of Sarzana in the restricted traffic zone. Secure parking is difficult to find. When we contacted the owner for information, she rudely replied that parking was our problem, not hers (even though she had guaranteed us convenient, secure parking when we booked). Upon arrival, laundry bags were left in the living room/breakfast area, and they remained there throughout our stay. Furthermore, the recycling bins hadn't been emptied. In the refrigerator, there was an opened, half-finished bottle of juice. A real shame, as the property would be nice and centrally located.

I thought long and hard before writing this review. I travel a lot and am remarkably adaptable, but I have to say I've never been greeted with such rudeness and arrogance, which is unpleasant. The room is in the attic, but it's acceptable. It's on the third floor without an elevator, and was discovered on the spot. The refrigerator contained some expired items, likely left by someone previously. There was little attention and supervision. Perhaps it's best to remove them and focus on a decent breakfast. There's no POS, and the view is of a building. I'll stop here and ask you not to reply. The tone of your replies to other comments clearly highlights your attitude. I'll definitely return to Sarzana, a beautiful town, but not to you.
