Believed newly renovated. We stayed in 2 rooms apartment. Very comfortable except beds are too soft. Noticed the dorm are clean n neat. Pictures of 2 rooms apartment and dorm with common kitchen. 10mins walk to old town. Many eateries places.

It is almost twice a dormitory cost and the kitchen has no utensils, but there is air conditionning and it's clean
