We stayed here for one night. The room was spacious and very clean, although the furniture was a little scrambled together. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice! Fabio is always reachable via Whatsapp if theres a question or a problem which is great. Although we have to say he just gives off a kinda weird vibe but maybe he’s just in his own world. But he was friendly all the time. Also there’s someone living underneath the apartment and the argued very loudly which made us a little uncomfortable. The location is great for trips around Val D’Orcia and you can park your car on private parking lots! Breakfast is good with freshly made mocca caffé 👍🏽 Unfortunately it is a little bit awkward as Fabios desk is in the same room and he just quietly sits there during your breakfast, but maybe that was just our feeling. Would recommend!

Everything was perfect: the room, the newly renovated bathroom with a window, and the central location. The best hospitality we've experienced on the Tuscan Via Francigena!

The property's proximity to the city walls and the availability of private parking make this the best compromise available. A wide selection of restaurants and food and wine outlets are just a few minutes' walk away. Finally, the host's kindness makes the stay unforgettable.
