The accommodation was extremely dirty. After a 10-hour drive, it was worth waiting for the person to give us the keys. Once inside, they didn't do a check-in. Many things were missing (two teaspoons for a place that sleeps six!). I asked the person if they had a checklist to verify what was in the apartment and to double-check afterward, and they replied that there wasn't one. Furthermore, we couldn't open the bedroom shutter because it wasn't working. We were on the ground floor, and there were no curtains, which wasn't pleasant. We couldn't use the terrace because there was a lot of foot traffic, and there was dog hair and droppings, which was very unpleasant. I had to clean everything before moving in: vacuuming, washing the dishes, cleaning the toilet because it was so dirty. There was so much to take in that we were very disappointed. I forgot to mention that I called the owner, reached the reception area where I explained everything, and we were never called back or offered any compensation. I took photos of everything. It's a real shame; it's a beautiful place to spend a holiday, but we certainly won't be staying there again.
