Dolomiten Residenz Sporthotel Sillian

the room was very spacious and nice / comfortable beds / big spa (a little outdated) which we had mostly to ourselves / plenty of parking / they prepared a nice surprise for our wedding anniversary / meditation practice with Christina was a very nice experience. the food was unworthy of a Sports and 4-star superior hotel: selection, variety, quality, temperature, freshness, overuse of leftovers, meat and dessert portion size, awful coffee - all very disappointing / as we were travelling with a dog (that we were also charged for and not cheap) we were seated to the room between bar and proper dinning area where everybody walks by and felt quite exiled - either allow dogs or not / some of the restaurant staff was more preoccupied with petting the dogs than working / room cleaning was not the best / we were informed upon arrival that the cablecars closed that same day, therefore the much advertised Gipfelticket included in the price would not apply Not good value for the money.

Great location right next to the ski slopes, friendly staff, excellent rooms and wellness. All in all, great value for money.

We stayed 4 nights at Dolomiten Residenz Sporthotel Sillian and had an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning—surrounded by the beautiful mountains of the Tyrol region, it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. The hotel itself is top-notch. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was another highlight—every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options at breakfast and dinner. The wellness and spa area was a true bonus—perfect after a day of exploring or skiing. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this hotel has it all. We loved every moment and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!
